ABOUT MY WEB-BASED PROJECTS.
QUOTYE
An inspiration quote generator based off of things that Kanye West has said. Many of the controversial
opinions Kanye has are not ones I agree with, many of the things he says are in poor taste and not right.
Kanye does not think about what he is saying, that being said it can make for some funny quotes. These are
only harmless quotes and was made out of boredom long ago.
Not much is going on in this although it was one of the first projects I did on my own without any type of
assistance. So there were still some problems. The quotes are frequently updated/added...
STATLE GAME
This is the first game I made in HTML/JS. I came up with the idea after playing Wordle (as mentioned on the
website, and can be deducted from the style and name choice). Although the stylistic choices were not original,
the recreation and coding behind it was all from scratch without any code used from the original project. The
idea was all independently thought of, and developed.
My friend Mason Holaska was able to help in areas I needed to figure out certain solutions, and together we
were able to make a website that reaches thousands of people per week.

TEST PROJECTS
The test projects are projects I experiment with and use code I am unfamiliar with. Certain types of JS and
CSS elements are played around with and if I find something cool, I will share it or make something to upload here. If I
need to learn about code to utilize in another project I will use those techniques in these test apps. The
projects may often break or become outdated as many of the techniques used are experimental and unreliable.
They are not a priority to fix, so I may or may not get around to updating them.
OFFENSIVE 8BALL
NOTE: The offensive 8ball is currently not working.
The purpose of this project was to learn AI and text interpretation. The CSS and HTML is very basic and most
of the magic happens using Javascript and online databases. The concept is simple, ask a question and get an
answer. The answer may not be one you want, and will probably be offensive... hence the name.
SQUIDSCROLL
This is a simple website with pretty much no purpose at all, other than to scroll. The concept was inspired
by Colleen Josephson and Kyle Miller. I originally attempted to recreate their website, and decided to take
it further by combining CSS with the original concept.
One of the shorter projects I have worked on, but a project I still like nonetheless. It was originally
going to be included with the test projects however, it is a completed project, so I decided against it.
REVERSE WORDLE
Reverse Wordle is like the game Wordle, but reverse. Very little inspiration came from the original Wordle
in this project, other than a few design elements. It was mostly original gameplay concepts from me
and some of my friends. Like many of the other games on my site, they were developed with the primary purpose
of entertaining myself or someone I know. But I still hope that they are able to be enjoyed by all!
This game is pretty straight forward, and works by making a word out of the letters given to you. However, you
do not know the rest of the letters until you choose a place for the previous ones. A word is able to be made
no matter where you make your first guess.
PICLASH
Piclash is one of the games I am the most excited to finish, although it seems as if it will be the hardest.
It is a work in progress and will likely not be finished for a while. The art and visual elements were all made by
myself, with the exception of the music. This project requires all sorts of techniques to work, including Javascript,
realtime databases, localStorage and client side storage, and online multiplayer capabilities. I came up with
the idea after playing Quiplash from Jackbox Games Inc. I wished that there was a way to upload pictures instead
of words in response to the prompts. I also wanted the game to be easily accessible and free to play so decided
to make it as a web game.
SCROLL TEXT
Scroll Text could very well be grouped in with the test projects, but as it was complete and serves a purpose
I decided it would fit better with the other web projects. The main reason for development was to be able to
quickly display text out my car window while driving that could easily be read.
SPOTIFY API
Most of this project is not actual complete, and will eventually be divided into different projects. All of
these subprojects utilize the Spotify API, which I have been experimenting with. Apps will be able to take in
user data if they allow, and display and showcase that data in new and creative ways. Many ideas are already
being worked on, but I would like them to be well-developed when initially released, since they will be used
with other peoples information, and do not want to cause any issues with someone's account or data.
FUNFACT OR FIB
Simple game where two outrageous facts will appear, one being real and the other being false. The player must
decide on which one is true, and will move on for every correct answer they make. The goal is to get as far
as possible without getting any wrong.
RGB GUESSER
One of my most recent projects, RGB Guesser is a game that is exactly what the name implies. The coding was
relatively simple to begin, but as I added more components to the game it got more and more complicated. This
project utilizes localStorage with a realtime day counter, which is sometimes hard to work with in JS.
This game is not only fun to play, but can help with the learning and memorization of RGB codes.
AD GRID
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A website to give away money to those viewing ads on it. Website is a work in progess.
JAKE DATING SITE
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A dating website where potential partners can only match with one person, my friend Jake. Built in React.js
and utilizes online database MongoDB.
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A weather app to tell you what to wear based off your temperature preferences. Uses real information from
weather data services.
POINTER POINTER REMAKE
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Remake of pointer pointer website, ran into some problems with being able to store enough pictures on the
website to cover all areas of screen so until a workaround is developed the project is halted.
ABOUT MY MOBILE PROJECTS.
FLASHMOB
NOTE: This description is not complete.
First full mobile app I developed, designed for both Android and iOS, with an adaptive web app as well. A
social media platform where pictures are added to a shared photo drive based off of time and location of
the pictures, and they are not able to be viewed until the next day. The goal is to reduce phone usage at
gatherings & events, while not limiting the amount of pictures taken!
CARDA WALLET
NOTE: This description is not complete.
The second app I developed, idea was brought up to me by a friend and I got to work from there. The idea is
simple but new, and there are no other apps quite like it. It will increase productivity and save money by
making better use of already owned, or to-purchase, giftcards.
RFID REPLICATION
NOTE: This description is not complete.
App framework that uses near field technology to clone an ID card in order to allow a phone to take the place
of an NFC or RFID tag.
ABOUT MY ART BASED PROJECTS.
SNAPCHAT LENSES
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Combination of art and coding to develop interactive filters for social media app Snapchat. Filters I have
developed have used C and C++ along with artwork done with the Adobe Creative Suite. Assets combined within
Lens Studio to publish for the public, and have reached tens of millions of impressions.
SPORTS GRAPHIC DESIGN
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Artwork done for friends and clients, relating to sports. Graphic design is all done using the Adobe Creative Suite.
AI IMAGE FILTER
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A subproject of the Snapchat Lenses. All art and no coding, this project utilizes machine learning to formualte
a style transfer type of filter. Programmed in Python and imported to Lens Studio.
GEOFILTERS
NOTE: This description is not complete.
More artwork done for public use in Snapchat. Artwork done in Photoshop, Illustrated, and Corel Painter. The
filters I have made have millions of unique uses and shares.
ABOUT MY OTHER PROJECTS.
TRAFFIC LIGHT
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A hands-on project that involved programming an Arduino Uno REV3 to control a traffic light. Required some
basic electric rewiring to control the lights individually and was experiment with to offer maximum control.
Traffic light can light up with preset sequences, or can be used in other ways. Such as reflecting a stock
ticker, showing change in score of a sporting event, or even reacting to music.
SAMCOIN CRYPTOCURRENCY
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Working outside of my comfort zone, made a cryptocurrency. Unlike my VGK currency, it does not rely on an
already established crypto, but instead uses my own framework. Work in progress.
AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Another hands-on project, that does not involve computers. Some more complicated electric work and wiring to
modify my car in fun ways. Added different types of lights and modified circuitry to perform in ways that
better suit my needs and ideas.
AUTOMATIC SPORTS BETTER
NOTE: This description is not complete.
A work in progress program that uses knowledge found online, records found in archives, and intuition provided
by myself to predict the outcome of sporting events.
PSU TICKET BOT
NOTE: This description is not complete.
An executable program that parses a ticket sale website and parses the information while filling it in with
predetermined values (based on student ID numbers) in order to secure tickets for an event. This project was
especially hard because ticket sales only happen once a year so I needed to do a lot of research in how the
website worked.
SHEET MUSIC MAKER
My oldest coding project, and my first independent project. Made in high school while enrolled in an introductory
coding class with Java. Project can turn notes/letters into guitar or ukulele tablature and exporting it as a
separate file. A more recent addition to this project involved uploading a picture of sheet music and converting
it into notes before making the tablature. This way, piano sheet music was easily transposable so I could play
it on my ukulele :)
FREQUENCY RESEARCH
NOTE: This description is not complete.
Research done within the fields of frequency and wavelengths. Ongoing analysis of how shapes affect wavelengths
and how this can be used to achieve desired outcomes.
